⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a nice change of pace 💜 It was nice to watch a slice-of-life anime for a change, taking a small break from the famous action-packed animes (Boku no Hero Academia, Blue Lock, etc.)

Bocchi the Rock! stars a girl with social anxiaty but who’s at the same time very good at playing guitar. All she wants is to make friends and play in a band.

It’s a very short anime with just 12 episodes, which is the perfect amount. Making it longer couldn’ve been a little bit boring. With just these twelve episodes the characters are well developed and you get to know their time together.

As a musician myself I can feel some of the pains they go through. I’m also an introvert so I could relate to the character very much 😳

Mixed animation styles

One of the best parts of this anime is the animation. The studio has used several types of animations (drawing, colors, etc) to express the characters emotions and feelings. Not something we’re very used to.

What’s your take? Did you like it?
