This is not a season two, it’s just extending season one with more episodes. Equally good.
If you haven’t, go watch Horimiya season one first. I did write a review for it a month ago.
Same old, same good!
We encounter the same characters, same settings, with the same animation, drawing style, and acting.
It’s just a contract extension, let’s get more out of this story without changing anything.
I would have preferred a season 2
Honestly, I thought the length of the initial season was enough to cover the story until graduation.
With this new 13-episode installment I would have preferred to see the story move forward, their lives after graduation.
Sure this was safer and easier, but it can feel repetitive. Maybe don’t binge-watch season one and this one together.

Of course, there isn’t much else I can say. If I did recommend you the “first” season this is also amusing.
