Tomo-chan Is a Girl!
Funny short 13-episode series about two best friends, one of which is in love with the other. She, Tomo-chan, has expressed her love for Jun-kun but he doesn’t see her as a girl but as a friend.
Poor Tomo has been friend-zoned but she’ll try her best to make him see her as a girl.
The voice actor for the male character is Kaito Ishikawa who also voices the character Tobio Kageyama from Haikyuu (and you know I love Haikyuu).
It’s short enough that you will not get bored, and the supporting characters do their job (although I would’ve loved more action from them, between them… if you know what I mean).
There’s close to no fan service in this series, which is a shame 🙃, but it is what it is… a comedy.
I’d like to highlight the good performance from Rie Takahashi, the voice actress for Tomo-chan. Very well done.
